SILVERSTREAM DANCE AND DRAMA P4-P7 3PM ( AFTER SCHOOLS CLUB ONLY

This Dance and drama class is high energy and fun. If your child is the type of child that when they hear music, can't stop moving to the beat, then this is for them.

Each week we will learn a routine. There is also plenty of opportunity to create some of our moves too. Some weeks will we do our freestyle circle, or do group work to create our dances routines.

Each child is different, I will only ever gently encourage a child to create their owns moves. This class is not only about learning to dance, but it's also about learning to be more confident in moving our bodies, keeping active and making new friends. There will be some high energy games, which will be good fun, great exercise and a super release after a busy school day.

The music we dance to is current chart music that your child will recognise. Just watch them tear up the dance floor at your next wedding or disco party invitation

Our dance styles are mainly hip hop and street dance.

DRAMA

The children will act out fun scenariOS from The Big explosion, The school Trip and The Christmas Day disaster and many more.

Also lots of drama games which help use voices and improve confidence and so much more
